At VIVA MOISSANITE, we don't pull our jewelry from dusty warehouse shelves. Every piece is meticulously hand-inspected, paired with its official GRA certificate, packaged in our signature dark teal velvet box, and shipped directly from our master craftsmen overseas to your door.

Total Delivery Time = Crafting/Processing (2–4 Business Days) + Transit Time

Shipping To United States, Canada & Australia

  • Standard Shipping (Orders Over $79.00): FREE | 12–18 Business Days

  • Standard Shipping (Orders Under $79.00): $9.99 | 12–18 Business Days

  • DHL Express (Priority Handling): $35.00 | 5–10 Business Days (Your order is prioritized in our crafting queue and shipped via DHL air).

Order Modification & Address Changes To ensure your piece arrives safely, our dispatch process begins immediately.

  • 12-Hour Window: You may request an address correction or order modification within 12 hours of placement.

  • After 12 Hours: Once an order enters the fulfillment stage, we cannot modify the shipping address or intercept the package.

  • Customer Responsibility: VIVA Moissanite is not liable for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Please Note Before Ordering:

  • Business Days Only: Please note that our delivery timelines are based on Business Days (Monday - Friday). Weekends and public holidays are not included in the transit time.

  • The Wait is Worth It: Our delivery timeframes are highly accurate estimates. However, during peak holiday seasons or global sales events, courier networks may experience slight delays.

  • Signature & Security: Free Standard Shipping does not include a signature requirement. VIVA Moissanite is not liable for stolen or missing packages once the courier officially marks the tracking status as "Delivered".

  • P.O. Boxes / Military: DHL Express requires a physical address and cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Please select Standard Shipping for these locations.

  • Uncontrollable Factors: We are not liable for courier delays caused by severe weather conditions, customs clearance holds, or global logistical disruptions.
