LIFETIME WARRANTY

At VIVA MOISSANITE, we stand behind the precision of our craftsmanship. To ensure your peace of mind, every piece is protected by our structured Warranty & Care Program.

I. LIFETIME MOISSANITE WARRANTY We guarantee that your VIVA Moissanite gemstone will retain its brilliance, fire, and luster for a lifetime.

  • Coverage: This warranty covers any changes to the optical properties of the stone (such as cloudiness or fading) due to manufacturing defects.

  • Exclusions: This does not cover chipping, cracking, or breakage caused by accidental impact, rough handling, or physical abuse.

II. 12-MONTH CRAFTSMANSHIP WARRANTY We warrant all jewelry settings against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for twelve (12) months from the date of delivery.

  • What is Covered: Verified structural failures upon arrival, such as severe casting defects.

  • What is NOT Covered (The Nature of Fine 925 Silver): As 925 Sterling Silver is a precious but malleable metal, the following conditions are considered Normal Wear and Tear and are strictly excluded from warranty coverage:

    • Tarnishing / Oxidation: Silver naturally reacts with elements in the air. This is easily restored with a jewelry polishing cloth.

    • Plating Wear: Fading of Rhodium or Platinum plating over time due to friction, sweat, hand sanitizers, or cosmetic exposure.

    • Physical Damage: Bent bands, snapped chains, or crushed prongs caused by daily activity, the gym, or accidental pressure.

    • Loss of Stones: Missing stones resulting from prong wear, bent prongs, or general wear and tear after the initial delivery period.

III. HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM We handle all claims digitally for your convenience. To initiate a warranty review, please email our concierge at service@vivamoissanite.com:

  1. Include your Order Number.

  2. Provide clear, close-up Photos & a short Video of the issue.

  • Assessment: Our jewelers will perform a comprehensive digital evaluation.

  • Resolution:

    • If a Manufacturing Defect is confirmed: We will issue a full replacement of the item at no cost to you.

    • If the issue is classified as Normal Wear or Accidental Damage: We will offer you our Preferred Replacement Program (a 50% OFF courtesy code) to purchase a brand-new piece. (Note: VIVA Moissanite does not accept physical returns for repair services.)

IV. TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Unauthorized Alterations: Any work performed by a third-party jeweler (resizing, polishing, etc.) will void this warranty immediately.

  • Non-Transferable: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

  • Final Decision: VIVA MOISSANITE reserves the right to determine whether an issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect or normal wear.
